AND  CIVIL-MILITARY ACTIONS WITHIN MANAGING CRISIS AND ARMED CONFLICTS

Stages

 

Stage 1. Developing a database and an analysis methodology related with crisis and armed conflicts in order to: know and study thoroughly the crisis and armed conflicts.

 

Timetable: August-December 2006.

 

 

Stage 2. Identifying, by own research and international cooperation, the typology of the military and civil-military systems used for managing crisis and conflicts. Evaluating the efficiency of military and civil-military structures’ actions, NATO’s and EU’s on managing crisis and armed conflicts and securing them.

 

Timetable: January, 01, 2007 – December, 30, 2007.

 

 

Stage 3. Elaborating a descriptive and mathematic pattern for monitoring, analysing, evaluating, diagnosing and forecasting the crisis and armed conflicts situations, their impact on the security of military and civil-military systems (its testing in the theatres of operations). Elaborating a guiding paper, with a developed mathematic kit and with a system comprising state and dynamic indicators. This paper will be useful in analysing crisis and securing military and civil-military systems.

 

Timetable: January, 1, 2008 – October, 30, 2008.
